The food was great. I love coming here. Normally the service we get is also 4 stars, but our server just seemed a bit stressed and it showed. We usually sit outside, as we love people watching. This time we where inside. It was busy, we sat in the center row, at a table. People going past us left and right. Just didn't seem relaxing... felt more rushed. So we will try to go back outside. But yes, wonderful place to grab a bite.

I had the “Traditional American Breakfast”. It was awesome! I had to wait about five minutes to be seated because they were busy. But they were busy because they are good. I will definitely go back to this place. The food was great, the people were nice and excellent service, and I would rate my overall visit five stars. Excellent!

Another breakfast at another nice local place and my wife got the French Toast while I stayed with eggs and grits! The nice thing was my wife could order 1/2 order of French toast and it was more than she could finish? Our server Shay was friendly and efficient! It was only a 5 minute walk away from hotel!

My son and I were excited to try this place while exploring Georgetown for the day, as we’d never been before. When we walked in, it looked like you order at the counter, but we didn’t see a menu right away. I eventually noticed one at the register and asked the waitress with dark red hair if I could have a minute to look at it. She seemed annoyed, but I figured maybe she was just having a rough day. We moved to a booth off to the side to stay out of the way. She then came over and asked if we were going to eat there or not. I explained that we were but were still deciding (and that we might sit outside). Perhaps we were supposed to wait to be seated—I wasn’t sure, as it was our first time there. She quickly escorted us outside and asked what we wanted to drink. I mentioned I’d seen a green tea in the cooler, but she said they didn’t have any. I politely asked if I could check, went in, and found the green tea along with a Coke for my son, and brought our own drinks out. After that, I’m not sure if she ended her shift or just got busy, but she never came back. We sat outside for about 20–30 minutes with our drinks, but no one ever returned to take our order. Eventually, we just paid for our drinks and left. That said, the other staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming—the brunette waitress was friendly and helpful, the lighter-haired girl behind the counter was very sweet, and even the man behind the counter, though he seemed stressed, seemed kind. The food looked amazing, and I imagine it’s probably a great spot overall. Unfortunately, I just didn’t get to find out this time.

A delightful surprise...in the middle of the block...with a wonderful "coffee cup with an attitude" logo! Cozy. Warm. Friendly. Great (no, GREAT) food. Your coffee cup is never empty. Wait staff is right on top of everything. Most excellent experience! The biscuits and sausage gravy are a true southern treat. Enjoy!

Excellent hearty breakfasts served here. i had a three egg omelette with mushrooms and spinach which was delicious and they also have the excellent coffee. I have been here three times and have not been disappointed with the food or the service. Great little place for breakfast.

Had an early morning breakfast meeting; which was more breakfast than meeting…but I didn’t mind at all. Comfortable place to eat with the nostalgic look and setting to match the Historic Front Street area. I enjoyed a ham , cheese, and mushroom omelette with home fries, bacon, and a pancake. Everything was so enjoyable, I wished my stomach was larger! The food and service are fantastic, looking forward to returning!
